What types of requests can you make in Soldo?

Soldo makes it easy for employees to ask for funds or payment methods in a structured way, while ensuring admins stay in control. Depending on your company’s plan, users can make different types of requests through the web and mobile app.

Types of requests

Pricing plan(s): Plus and Unlimited
  • Temporary virtual card: A pre-approved spend card issued for a limited number of transactions and spend.
  • Card top-up (funds): Ask for more money to be added to your Soldo user card.
Pricing plan(s): Unlimited (Bank transfer requests require add-on)
  • Bank transfer request: If your company uses the Bank Transfer Access add-on, you can request to make payments via bank transfer to pay a supplier or third party.
  • Business trip request: Employees can request funds for a specific trip with itemised costs.

Who can submit requests?

By default, all employees on Plus and Unlimited plans can submit their own requests for approval. If you're on an Unlimited plan, Leaders can also make requests on behalf of their team members.

Super admins and admins on Unlimited plans may also configure who is allowed to submit and approve requests using custom workflows.
