Edit or delete a request workflow

You can update workflows as your company’s needs change. Edit requestors, review steps, or payment options easily in the web app.

To edit a workflow

Who: Super admins and Admins
  1. From the navigation menu, select Requests.
  2. Select Manage workflows.
  3. Choose the correct tab: Funds, Goods and Services, or Trips.
  4. Find the workflow you want to update, then click the three dots (more options) and choose Edit workflow.
  5. Edit any section: requestors, reviewers, or workflow name/details.
  6. Save changes.

To delete or deactivate a workflow

Who: Super admins and Admins
Note: You can only delete a workflow if you have more than one workflow under the same request type. If you only have the default workflow, you won't be able to delete it until you create a custom workflow.
  1. From the navigation menu, select Requests.
  2. Select Manage workflows.
  3. Choose the correct tab: Funds, Goods and Services, or Trips.
  4. Find the workflow you want to delete, then click the three dots (more options) and choose Delete or Deactivate.
