If you're a reviewer or approver in Soldo, it's easy to manage incoming requests from both the web and mobile app. Depending on the request type, you can view the full request details, add comments, and approve or decline.
Where to find requests
- Web app: Go to Requests > To review.
- Mobile app: Tap Account > Requests > To review.
Reviewing and responding
Who: Reviewers
In the web app:
- From the navigation menu, select Requests.
- From the To review tab select a request to review the details.
- You'll now have the option to approve or decline the request. If you choose to decline the request, you can include a note to send to the requestor. To approve the request:
- Select Approve.
- Select the funding source (wallet), the amount, and the maximum number of transactions for the temporary virtual card.
Note: The requested amount will be pre-filled with the amount
entered by the requester. You can freely adjust this to give more or less
than the amount requested.
- Select Approve.
In the mobile app:
- Tap Account from the bottom navigation menu and then tap Requests.
- Choose the request you want to review.
- If you’d like to approve it and create a temporary virtual card, tap Approve. (Or choose Deny to decline the request.)
- Select the funding source (wallet).
- Tap Confirm when you've made your selection.
Note: The requested amount will be pre-filled with the amount
entered by the requester. You can freely adjust this to give more or less
than the amount requested.
- Enter the amount and the maximum number of transactions for the temporary virtual card.
- Tap Approve request.
Trip requests
When reviewing trip requests, you’ll also need to select when to release funds (before or during trip) and what happens at the end:
- Remove unused funds
- Leave funds on card
- Block the card
