How to track active pre-approved spend and cards

Once pre-approved spend is created, you can monitor usage easily through the web app. You’ll be able to see what’s been spent, what’s left, and how many transactions have been made.

How to view active pre-approved spend

1. From the navigation menu, select Pre-approved spend.
2. Select any entry from the list to view its details:

• Total approved amount
• Amount spent so far
• Remaining balance
• Number of allowed vs used transactions
• Card activation and expiry

Expiry and deactivation

Temporary virtual cards automatically expire 7 days after activation. Once expired or used up, the card is deactivated and can no longer be used.
