How to make a request on behalf of someone else

If you're a Super admin, Admin, or a designated leader, you can submit pre-approved spend or funds requests on behalf of someone else in your company. This helps when team members need support or aren’t familiar with the request process.

How to make a request for someone else

  1. From the navigation menu, select Requests.
  2. Select Create request.
  3. Choose the type of request (e.g. Funds, Goods and Services, Trips)
  4. Enter the name and description and optional spending policy link.
  5. In the dropdown Which card should receive the funds?, select the appropriate card for the user you're making the request for.
Note: As a Super admin or Admin you'll be able to select any card in your Soldo account. If your a Leader making a request on behalf of your team members, you'll only be able to select your own cards or team memebr cards.
  1. Complete the remaining details for the request, review everything to make sure the details are correct and then select Send request.
Tip: If you make requests on behalf of others but also make your own requests, you'll be able to see your personal requests clearly in the web and mobile apps by selecting the My requests tab in the Requests section.
