Change your Soldo password

If you know your current password and want to change it, you can do so directly from your user menu in the web app. This updates your login details for the account you're currently signed in to.

How to change your password

Who: All users
  1. From the main navigation menu, select the three dots (more options) icon.

  2. Choose Change Password.

  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Enter your new password, following the required format:
    • At least 10 characters
    • At least 1 uppercase letter (A–Z)
    • At least 1 lowercase letter (a–z)
    • At least 1 digit (0–9)
    • No more than 2 identical characters in a row
  5. Re-enter your new password to confirm.
  6. Select “Change Password” to finish.

Good to know

  • This action only changes the password for the Soldo account you’re currently logged in to.
  • If you have access to multiple Soldo accounts, you'll need to update the password separately for each account (if required).
  • You must be logged in and know your current password to make this change.

Forgot your password?

If you've forgotten your password and can’t log in:

  • Employees, Admins, Accountants, and Managers: Contact your company's Soldo Super admin. They can reset your login credentials from the web app.
  • Super admins: You’ll need to request a password reset.
