View your information in Soldo

The My information page gives you a personalised view of your details in Soldo. It's where you can check key information connected to your profile.

How to access the My information page

Who: All users
  1. From the main navigation menu, select the three dots (more options) icon.

  2. Choose the My information option.

What you can see

What you see on this page depends on your user role and your company’s Soldo plan.

Here are some examples of what may be shown:

  • Personal details – Name, job title, employee ID, email address, mobile number
  • Reporting line – Who you report to (if set by your company)
  • Card delivery address – Where your physical Soldo card is sent
  • Verification status – Whether your identity check has been completed
  • Notes – Any relevant notes added
  • Payment details – Bank details for reimbursement, if applicable
  • Out of office status – If your company uses this feature and it’s enabled
  • Device access – Information about authorised devices (visible to roles like Super admin)
Note: Some information may not appear if it hasn’t been set up, or if your role or plan doesn’t include access to it.
