How to get help from the Soldo web app

If you need help while using Soldo, support is just a click away. The Help button is available on every screen, so you can find answers and continue working without interruption.

Where to find the Help button

Who: All users
  • On main pages: You’ll find the Help button in the top-right corner of the screen, in the main header.

  • In pop-up windows or modals: The Help button appears near the top, close to the close (X) icon.

What happens when you select Help

Selecting the Help button opens the Soldo Support Centre in a new browser tab. Whenever possible, we’ll take you to the most relevant section based on the page you're viewing, whether you're on a main screen or in a pop-up window.

You won’t be taken to a specific article, but to the part of the Support Centre most likely to have what you need. From there, you can browse articles or use the search bar to find something more specific.

Because the Support Centre opens in a separate tab, you can keep working in Soldo while reading instructions or looking something up.

How to find the right information

If you need help with a different topic, you can use the search bar in the Support Centre to find articles by keyword, topic, or feature.

The Support Centre is the best place to start for product-related questions, such as:

  • How to set up or configure Soldo
  • Step-by-step guidance for key features
  • Troubleshooting tips and best practices

If you need support with something specific to your company or your user account, you can contact our support team using Live Chat from within the web app.

  1. Select the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
