The Account info page is where you’ll find key details about your company’s Soldo account and is mainly designed for Super admins and Admins.
This page helps your business keep important company information up to date and manage how physical cards are delivered, especially if you operate across multiple locations.
How to view Account info
- From the main navigation menu, select Account info.
What you'll see
You can view the following details:
- Company registered name
- Legal representative
- VAT number
- Registered address
- Billing address
- Member since - the date your company joined Soldo
- Account ID - your unique company ID
If you're a Super admin or Admin, you’ll see additional tabs and controls that let you manage your company setup more closely:
Soldo plan
Shows the details of your current Soldo plan and upgrade options.
Default bank account
In the main info tab, Super admins and Admins can view the company’s default bank account. If no bank account has been added yet, you can add one directly from this page.

Company addresses
This tab lets you manage all company delivery addresses, especially useful when ordering physical cards to different locations. From here, Super admins can:
- View all saved company addresses
- Add new addresses
- Edit or delete an existing address
- Set one address as the default (used for card deliveries)
- Link a specific address to individual cards
If you have multiple sites or teams in different regions, this is the best way to make sure cards are delivered to the right place without delay.
