Move money instantly with one-off transfers

One-off transfers let you move funds manually between wallets whenever you need to. They are ideal for topping up cards, funding a team or project, or adjusting balances quickly.

You can make one-off transfers from a Main wallet, User wallet or, if available on your plan, from a Company wallet.

What you can do with one-off transfers

• Top up a User wallet to fund a User card
• Fund a Company card via its Reserved wallet
• Move money to a Company wallet for a team or project
• Return unused funds back to the Main wallet

Make a one-off transfer from a Main wallet

Main wallets hold your company funds and are the most common starting point for one-off transfers. If you use multiple currencies, you will see one Main wallet per currency.

1. From the navigation menu, select Wallets and then Main wallets.
2. Select the Main wallet for the correct currency.
3. Open the Transfers tab.
   
4. Select the Transfer to field.
5. Choose the destination wallet, then select Confirm.
   
6. Enter the amount, add an optional note, and select Confirm transfer.

One-off transfer from a Company wallet

If your plan includes Company wallets, you can also transfer funds directly from them. This is useful when managing team or project budgets.

From a Company wallet, you can transfer funds to:

• User wallets
• Company cards via Reserved wallets
• Other Company wallets
• The Main wallet

1. From the navigation menu, select Wallets and then Company wallets.
2. Choose the Company wallet you want to transfer from.
3. Open the Transfers tab.
   
4. Select the Transfer to field and choose the destination wallet.
5. Enter the amount and select Confirm transfer.

When to use one-off transfers

• You need to fund a card immediately
• You want full manual control over each transfer
• You are making occasional or ad-hoc balance changes
