Updates to the Soldo support centre

We've introduced a set of improvements to the Soldo support centre. These updates are designed to make it easier for you to find the right guidance, understand which features apply to your plan, and access the correct interface version while we transition to the new Soldo web app.

This article explains what's changed and how you can make the most of the new experience.

Pricing plan filters

You can now filter support centre content by pricing plan. This option appears in the main categories and lets you choose from Standard, Plus, or Unlimited. Once you select a plan, you'll only see the articles and sections that apply to it.

By default, the filter is set to Show all. If you make a selection, your browser remembers it. That means the filter stays in place while you browse, so if you've been testing different plans remember to reset it or change it back to the correct one for your account.

Improved in-article table of contents

We've redesigned the in-article table of contents to create a more focused reading experience. Previously it appeared on the right side of the page. Now it appears at the bottom of the article as soon as you start scrolling. This makes it easier to jump to the sections you need without visual clutter.

Toggle between help for the old web app and the new look Soldo

To support the updated Soldo experience, many articles now include a toggle that lets you switch between help content for the old web app and the new look Soldo. The default view is the old web app. If you prefer to see instructions for the new look Soldo, you can switch your view in the support centre. You'll find the switch by clicking the three dots (more options ) button at the top of the article.

Your browser remembers the option you select. If you navigate to other articles, you'll continue seeing the version you chose until you switch again.

We'll continue supporting both versions for a period of time. Later this year, the support centre will show content for the new look Soldo only. Once that change takes place, the toggle will be removed and the old instructions will no longer be available.

We'll display support centre content for the old web app.
