Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) for online payments
SCA will help you by reducing the risk of fraud in electronic transactions and enhancing the protection of your data. This will also apply to online payments, where you’ll be asked to approve transactions in the Soldo app.
As this additional layer of security will be introduced soon it is advisable that the assignees are set beforehand to avoid any disruption.
Approving online Soldo transactions
When you make an online payment, in some cases we’ll send a notification to your trusted device where you’ll need to approve or decline the transaction.
When making online payments using a card that belongs to an expense centre, the user that is assigned to this card will receive the verification request in the Soldo app on their trusted device.
By default the first SuperAdmin of the account will be assigned by the system and can be changed at any point under the card settings for the Expense Centre.
