Can I withdraw my money from Soldo?

Yes, you can withdraw your money from Soldo at any time by contacting businesssupport@soldo.com detailing the amount of money you wish to transfer out.

This is a manual process so it may take several days to complete.

Note

Please be aware that the withdrawal can only be sent back the originating bank account.

If your plan includes the 'Pay Someone' feature, you can make a transfer without needing to contact us.
