With Soldo, you can set up email notifications for when a user or expense centre's wallet balance drops below a certain amount.
Here's how you can set up email notifications on a user or expense centre's wallet if its balance drops below a set amount:
- Login to the web console at: manage.soldo.com
- Click on Manage, then Users or Expense Centres
- Select a user or expense centre
- Click on Notification
- Enable the Low Balance Alert, add the amount, and define which users you want to notify by email when the balance goes below the amount
A notification will be sent whenever the balance of the wallet drops below the amount specified, so you will know when to top up the wallet.
