If your company has a Soldo Pro or Premium account, you can use the integration to also export transaction data directly from Soldo to QuickBooks.
- Before exporting to QuickBooks, make sure the transaction you plan to export are correctly updated.
- Each transaction has a value for the ‘QuickBooks Tax Rate’ and ‘QuickBooks Category’ lists (if the transaction includes lines, you will need to set a value for each line).
- If the attachment policy was set to mandatory, each transaction should include at least one receipt.
- If your administrator enabled additional mandatory QuickBooks list, each transaction must have a value [see "How do I make a list mandatory in Soldo"]. You can only export settled transactions.
- Select Reports on the left and click on QuickBooks.
- There are three ways to export transactions:
- Export all transaction in view – Click the Export to QuickBooks Online button on the right
- Export selected transactions – on the left, select all the transactions you want to export, then press the Export selected to QuickBooks Online button.
- Export a specific transaction - Choose the transaction you would like to export and click the Export button in the transaction details panel that opens on the right.
- Transactions with metadata not yet exported will remain in the To Export tab, and those successfully exported to QuickBooks will move to the Exported tab.
