How do I close my company's Soldo account?

We're sorry to hear you're thinking of leaving Soldo.

If you’d like to close your company’s Soldo account and have any remaining funds transferred back to your company bank account, please email businesssupport@soldo.com confirming this for compliance purposes.

Once your account is closed, you’ll no longer have access to it. We recommend downloading any statements you need before requesting closure. We can provide a final closing statement after the account is closed, if needed.

After you request closure:

  • Your account will be billed for the current month.
  • The account will close on the 15th of the following month.
  • If you need the account closed sooner, just let us know.

Note

This request must come from a Super admin on the account. If the Super admin isn’t available, it will need to come from the company’s legal representative. We recommend including your Account ID in the request. If we need anything else, the team will get in touch.
