If you're sure that you'd like to close your company's Soldo account, please contact the support team via live chat or email. We'll then cancel your Soldo account, block your cards, and begin to refund your remaining balance.
Please note that the refund process will take 30-45 days to complete, starting from the date you request your account closure. We allocate this period of time to clear any pending transactions made from your Soldo account.
