Soldo enables users to enrich transactions with attachments. This will typically be a receipt or proof of purchase. Attachments will be available in Xero after the transaction is exported.
When first setting up the integration, you can decide whether to make attachments compulsory for every transaction. If enabled, only transactions that have attachments can be exported to Xero.
You can change this rule at any time from the integration’s 'Settings' page:
- From the left panel, select 'Integrations'.
- Within the Xero integration box, click 'Settings'.
- Under the 'Transaction rules', check or uncheck the box next to 'An attachment must be added to each transaction'.
- Click 'Save'.
