Which date is used when exporting transactions to Xero?

Only the settled (cleared) date is used with the Xero integration. 

  • For the automatic bank feed export, Soldo only syncs transactions that are already settled. 
  • For exporting transaction metadata, only settled transactions will be available from the 'Xero' page in the 'Reports' section. 

 You can still see other transactions, not yet settled, in the Soldo web console: 

  • On Pro plans, you can see authorised transactions from the user’s 'Transactions' page under 'Manage'.
  • On Premium plans, you can use the 'Transactions' page in the 'Reports' section.
