NetSuite is the world's leading provider of cloud-based business management software. NetSuite helps companies manage core business processes with a single, fully integrated system covering ERP/financials, CRM, ecommerce, inventory, and more.
Please note, there are two ways to connect Soldo to NetSuite and both are recommended for the best experience in regards to reconciliation:
- Bank feed integration. Please read: How do I export my bank feeds from Soldo to NetSuite? for more information.
- Soldo’s NetSuite integration. Please read: How to enable NetSuite to support the integration? and What do I need to know before setting up the NetSuite integration?
With both methods, when you integrate Soldo and NetSuite, you can export transactions made on Soldo cards to NetSuite. With Soldo’s NetSuite integration, users can snap receipts and add NetSuite expense categories, tax codes, tracking codes, and custom fields to their transactions in the Soldo mobile app. Then they can export their transactions and transaction data to NetSuite.
Soldo’s NetSuite integration uses NetSuite’s token-based authentication (TBA) to generate a secure, revocable, non-expiring tokens for integration clients.
