How does the NetSuite integration work and where is my data stored?

Please note, there are two ways to connect Soldo to NetSuite and both are recommended for the best experience in regards to reconciliation:

1. Bank feed integration. Please read: How do I export my bank feeds from Soldo to NetSuite? for more information.

If you are setting up the Soldo NetSuite integration, you’re connecting your Soldo account to a NetSuite subsidiary. You'll then connect each of your Soldo currencies to a bank account in NetSuite. 

When you export transactions from Soldo to NetSuite, they will be exported as journal entries. This means that each transaction in Soldo will be represented as two lines – credit and debit –in your NetSuite Journal. 

Exporting a transaction that is split with multiple VAT values in Soldo? For outgoing transactions, the Journal will show a single credit line with the full transaction amount and a debit line for each VAT value. The sum of the debit-line amounts, and any tax will be equal to the amount of the credit line. (For refund transactions, it will be the opposite, with multiple credit lines and a single debit line.)
