Soldo enables users to enrich transactions with attachments. This will typically be a receipt or proof of purchase. The attachments will be available in NetSuite after the transaction is exported. When first setting up the integration, you can decide whether to make attachments compulsory for every transaction. If enabled, only transactions that have attachments can be exported to NetSuite.
You can change this rule at any time from the integration’s Settings page.
- From the left panel, select Integrations.
- Within the NetSuite integration box, click Settings.
- Under the Transaction rules, check or uncheck the box next to the ‘An attachment must be added to each transaction’.
- Click Save.
