To add new tags or update existing tags to one of the lists you’ve imported from NetSuite, you first need to create these tags in NetSuite and add them to the list there. Next, refresh the lists in Soldo. To do so:
- From the left-hand side panel, select Integrations.
- Within the NetSuite integration box, click Settings.
- Click the Refresh button on the top right corner of the screen. It may take a couple of minutes for the list to refresh completely.
Once fully refreshed, you’ll be able to see the new/updated tags in your lists on the Lists page (under Configure in the sidebar). Users can now assign them to any transactions.
