There’s an error with the NetSuite tax rate and I can’t export some transactions. How do I fix this?

This error might be occurring because some of the tax rate tags imported from your NetSuite account can’t be used in Soldo. This happens when those tags don’t match the NetSuite subsidiary you’ve connected to Soldo. Transactions that have been tagged with these tax rate tags can't be exported to NetSuite.

Remove the unsupported NetSuite Tax Rate tags from the transactions you’re trying to export, then export them again. We also recommend that you disable these unsupported NetSuite tax rate tags in Soldo so they no longer appear as available. You can do this by clicking on the NetSuite Tax Rate list on the Lists page and disabling the unsupported tags.
