How do I remove the NetSuite integration?

Please note, there are two ways to connect Soldo to NetSuite and both are recommended for the best experience in regard to reconciliation:

1. Bank feed integration. Please read: How do I export my bank feeds from Soldo to NetSuite? for more information.
2. Soldo’s NetSuite integration. Please read: How to enable NetSuite to support the integration? and What do I need to know before setting up the NetSuite integration?

To remove the bank feed integration

Please read the following NetSuite support article: Managing Europe Financial Institution Connections (note, these instructions are in English only).

Specifically, follow the instructions under Delete Connection.

To remove Soldo’s NetSuite integration

To remove the NetSuite integration, head to the Integrations page. You should see the NetSuite integration listed under Active integrations. Click the bin icon on the right-hand side (below the Settings button). In the pop-up that appears, select Remove.

Please note, if you remove the integration and then want to reinstate it, you’ll need to set the integration up again from the beginning.
