Can I update an exported transaction or export a transaction to NetSuite several times?

While you can update an exported transaction in Soldo, most changes will not be reflected in NetSuite and you will not be able to export it again. This is to preserve the integrity of your accounting data.

The only exception is attachments. You can add attachments to a transaction that has already been exported. To add attachments and export them to NetSuite:

• From the left-hand side menu, click Reports and select NetSuite.
• Make sure you’re on the Exported tab (at the top of the page).
• Select the transaction you want to update. A right-hand side menu will open.
• Attach the new files to the transaction and, once you are finished, click the Send update button at the top of the menu.
