Yes. You can use your Soldo Mastercard card abroad, just like you would at home.
Your card works at over 30 million Mastercard® outlets worldwide. That includes shops, restaurants, hotels, and over 1.5 million cash machines.
Paying in another currency
If you pay in a currency different from the one your card is issued in, a foreign exchange fee will apply. For full details, check our Fee Summary.
Soldo cards are issued in GBP, EUR, or USD. You can see the currency of your card in the app at any time.
What to check before you travel
Some companies apply location-based rules to protect their cards. This means your card may not work in certain countries unless your admin has enabled them.
If you’re not sure, ask your manager or admin to check your card settings. You can also see your card’s geographic restrictions in the Soldo web or mobile apps.
In the mobile app
- Tap Cards, then select your card.
- Scroll to the Card rules section.
- Tap Geo control to see which countries are enabled or blocked.
In the web app
- From the navigation menu, go to Cards and select your card.
- Select the Rules tab.
- Find the Geo control rule to view the allowed or blocked countries.
Can I withdraw cash abroad?
You can withdraw cash abroad if your company allows cash withdrawals. Not all cards have this feature turned on, so check with your admin if you're not sure or follow the steps above to view the rules applied to your card.
