To reset your passcode to access the mobile app, contact your company administrator.
If you are the administrator, you can reset a passcode directly within the web console:
- Log in to the web console: manage.soldo.com
- Click on Users
- Select the user concerned
- Click on the Profile tab
- In the Device access section, click Send mobile credentials
- In the pop-up, click Yes, reset and send
Once these steps are completed, the user will receive a temporary passcode via email.
You can also reset a user's passcode from the mobile app by following these steps:
Cards > [Tap on the user's card] > Profile > Reset mobile app passcode
