Please contact your company's administrator to reset your passcode to get access to the mobile app.
Passcodes can be reset in the web console by your company's admin:
- Login to the web console at manage.soldo.com
- Click on Users
- Select the relevant user, click on Profile, and then click on Send mobile credentials
- In the resulting pop-up, click Yes, reset and send
This will trigger a temporary password to be sent by email to the user.
Passwords for access to the web console can be reset by clicking on Send web credentials, instead of Send mobile credentials.
