Hiya! Please contact your company's administrator to reset your passcode to get access to the mobile app.
Passcodes can be reset in the web console by your company's admin:
- Login to the web console at: manage.soldo.com
- Click on Configure, and then Users
- Select a user, click on Profile, and then click on Send Email Password
This will trigger a temporary password to be sent by email to the user.
Passwords for access to the web console can be reset by clicking on Send Email Password, instead of Send Email Passcode.
