How can I reset my password for the web console?

To request a temporary password sent via email, contact your company administrator.

If you are the administrator, you can reset passwords directly within the web console:

1. Log in to the web console: manage.soldo.com
2. Click on Users
3. Select the user concerned
4. Click on the Profile tab
5. In the Device access section, click Send web credentials
6. In the pop-up, click Yes, reset and send

Once these steps are completed, the user will receive a temporary password via email.

To reset a user's password from the Soldo mobile app, follow these steps:

Cards > [Tap on the user's card] > Profile > Reset web console password

If you are unable to access the web console and you are the account administrator, you can select 'Forgot password?' in the login page and enter the requested data. You'll soon receive a new password.
