Hiya! Please contact your company's administrator to reset your password to get access to the web console.
Passwords can be reset in the web console by your company's admin:
- Login to the web console at: manage.soldo.com
- Click on Configure, and then Users
- Select a user, click on Profile, and then click on Send Email Password
This will trigger a temporary password to be sent by email to the user.
Passcodes for access to the mobile app can be reset by clicking on Send Email Passcode, instead of Send Email Password.
