How can I make someone a Super admin?

Company SuperAdmins have access to all features in Soldo to manage a company's wallets, users, and cards.

As such, an existing Super admin has to request another user to become a Super admin and they will go through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process, in order to protect from fraud. 

To arrange this, please email us at businesssupport@Soldo.com with the following details for your new Super admin:

• Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Residential address
• Email address
• Mobile number

This may take several days to complete. Should the identity check be inconclusive, we may ask for some documentation to be provided.
