Can I manually export my bank feed from Soldo as a file?

Soldo automatically pushes your bank feed to Xero every day. You can also manually export the bank feed whenever you need. For more information on this, see: How do I export a bank feed (left side in Xero) from Soldo to Xero?

You can also export bank feed data manually by exporting the data to a file and importing the file in Xero. Important: We strongly advise against importing the bank feed to Xero manually. As Soldo automatically exports your bank feed to Xero every day, it can create duplicate entries in Xero.

How to export my bank feed for a custom date range:

  1. From the left-hand side menu, go to the Reports section then Statements.
  2. From the Custom tab, select the dates using the drop-down. We recommend filtering by Settlement date.
  3. Click Download statement.
  4. Select your preferred file format (we recommend CSV or OFX).
  5. Click Prepare download.
  6. We’ll let you know once the document is prepared, then click Download.

How to export my bank feed for a specific month:

  1. From the left-hand side menu, go to the Reports section then Statements.
  2. From the Monthly tab, scroll down to find the month from which you want to download data.
  3. Find your preferred file format column in line with that month.
  4. If needed, select Generate XLS or Generate CSV under the relevant columns.
  5. We’ll let you know once the document is prepared, then click Download.

Once you have your bank feed file, follow the Xero instructions on how to import the data.
