Why can’t I see my Xero bank accounts or create new ones?

The integration lets you connect to existing Xero bank accounts. You should be able to see and connect to any Xero bank account, provided that:

  • Its currency matches the Soldo currency you're configuring.
  • It was created from the same Soldo account.

You can also create new Xero bank accounts directly from your Soldo account.

  • If you don’t see the option to do so, check that you’ve enabled the matching currency in your Xero account.
  • Make sure that the name you give the new account is unique and not already in use in your Xero organisation; otherwise, you might encounter an error.
