After paying for fuel with your Soldo card, ask the fuel station to send the electronic invoice to fatture@pec.soldo.com.
Why use Soldo’s PEC address?
By providing Soldo’s certified email (PEC) address to the supplier, your fuel invoices will be sent directly to us. We’ll process them for you automatically — no extra steps required.
This is the simplest way to make sure your fuel expenses are recorded and reconciled correctly.
Important: If you've set a default invoicing address
If you’ve configured a default electronic invoicing address with the Italian Revenue Agency, all your invoices will be sent there — even if the supplier uses Soldo’s PEC address. In this case, you’ll need to manually forward the invoice to us so we can process it.
Even if the invoice is delivered elsewhere, the Soldo address will still appear in the invoice metadata. This helps us quickly identify fuel invoices linked to your Soldo card payments.
What is a “default invoicing address”?
The Italian Revenue Agency allows businesses to set a preferred electronic address for all incoming invoices. If this is active, it overrides any address provided directly to a supplier.
You can still share Soldo’s PEC address when paying for fuel — it won’t affect delivery, but it will help us recognise the transaction and speed up invoice processing.
