As Soldo cannot request funds from your bank account, you must load money onto Soldo to be able to transfer money down to cards and spend it. To find out more about this, click here.
Here's how to check if your company is running low on funds in Soldo:
- Login to the web console at manage.soldo.com
- Click on Dashboard in the left-hand menu, and then Overview
The Available balance under Company will show how much money is in company wallets available to spend. There needs to be enough money in the company wallets for any Automatic Transfers down to user or expense centres' wallets to go through. If not, users may run out of money on their cards.
The Available balance under Account Overview will show how much money is within user or expense centre wallets across Soldo available to spend. You can see a further breakdown of the Available balance on each user's cards under the User section.
