How can I monitor user spending?

With Soldo it's easy to see who is spending what at a glance. You can check everyone’s spending in real-time within a matter of seconds, so you’ll always know exactly what’s going on. 

Here's how to see what users are spending in the web console: 

1. Login to the web console at manage.soldo.com 
2. Click on Users
3. Select a user
4. Click on Transactions 

You will be able to see at a glance if a user has uploaded any attachments (like receipts) for transactions and any extra information. To see a transaction in more detail, simply click on it to open a detailed view. 

Please note that the list of recent transactions may include 'pending' or 'authorised' transactions, which are purchases or pre-authorisations on the user’s card that are still subject to change. If you want to read more about these types of transactions, please click here.
