Permissions aim to help companies manage what users can and can’t do with Soldo. A permission is a set of rules for a 'Role' (i.e. user, manager, etc.) to have in relation to a ' Resource set’ (wallets, cards, users, and groups). A resource set is a collection of company wallets, users and groups to customise the resources of your permission.
By default, the resource set is 'Self' for users to manage their own cards and ‘All Company’ for select users who manage the company’s Soldo account. You can create custom roles for specific users to manage specific users, teams, cards, or wallets. However, only manager roles can be created, and they can be customised to a specific level of access, ranging from ‘Self’ to ‘All Company’.
How to create a resource set:
- Clone from an existing set from the dropdown menu
- Choose a name and provide a description
- Define the details for Main wallets, company wallets, users, company cards and groups by choosing None, All or List
- Click on Save
- Choose a verification method to verify your identity.
