Permissions were designed to help companies manage what users can and cannot do with Soldo. A permission is a set of rules for a 'Role' (i.e. user, manager, etc.) to have in relation to a 'Set of resources’ (wallets, cards, users, and groups).
Customised roles created in Permissions are tightly linked to the resources set they have access to.
By default, the resource set is 'Self' for users to manage their own cards and ‘All Company’ for select users who manage the company’s Soldo account. You can create custom roles for specific users to manage specific users, teams, cards, or wallets. However, only manager roles can be created, and they can be customised to a specific level of access, ranging from ‘Self’ to ‘All Company’.
