Who receives the email notifications for pre-approval spend requests?

Whoever has been selected as a reviewer in the request process will receive an email notification. The email notification contains the request details and a link to the web console, from which the reviewer can approve or decline the request.

Remember that a request process could include more steps, and so more reviewers. Every reviewer will receive an email notification whenever it's their turn to review the purchase request.
