What are transfers in Soldo?
Transfers help you distribute funds within your account so users, cards, and teams always have money available when they need it. They do not send money outside your company. Instead, they let you move funds between different wallets to support spending and budgeting.
You can use transfers to move money:
- From a main wallet to a company wallet
- From a main wallet to a user wallet
- From a main wallet to a company card through its reserved wallet
- Between company wallets
- From a company wallet to a user wallet
- From a company wallet to a company card through its reserved wallet
- From a user wallet to a main wallet
- From a user wallet to a company wallet
This makes it easier to control how money is used, separate funds by team or purpose, and make sure cards have enough balance for spending.
Making one-off transfers
You can make a one-off transfer at any time by selecting a wallet and choosing the Transfers tab. You can then decide where to move the money. This is useful when you need to top up a specific wallet or card immediately.
Bulk one-off transfers
If you need to fund multiple wallets at the same time, you can use bulk one-off transfers. This feature lets you transfer money into several wallets in a single action, saving time and reducing manual work.
Bulk one-off transfers are available on our Unlimited plans.

Automatic transfers
You can also automate transfers so money moves for you based on rules you set. For example, you can schedule regular top-ups or transfer money when a wallet balance drops below a chosen amount.
Automatic transfers help make sure wallets and cards do not run out of funds and reduce the need for manual top-ups.
