How do I disable the bank feed connection?

Unlimited Plan Plus Plan Standard Plan

You can easily disable the bank feed through QuickBooks or via Soldo.

To disconnect the bank feed through the Soldo web console you will need to follow the below:

  1. Click on 'Company info' and 'Open Banking'
  2. Under QuickBooks bank feed click 'revoke access'
  3. All done — your feeds will be disconnected.
Note: Disconnecting the bank feed through the Soldo web console will disable the bank feed for all the bank accounts connected to your Soldo account.
