This article will cover any questions you might have on replacing your card and Google Pay.
How do I add my card to Google Pay?
There are two ways you can add your card to Google Pay. You can do this manually within Google Pay or via the Soldo app.
Via the Soldo app:
- Log in to your Soldo mobile app. Download the Soldo App here
- Tap on the Cards section
- Click on the card you want to add to Google Pay
- Tap on Add to G Pay underneath your card and follow the steps to complete the set-up.
Or you can add your card to Google Pay manually:
- Open your Google Pay App
- Click Add a card method and choose Credit or debit card
- Scan your card or enter your card details manually
- Verify it’s you via SMS or email
As a SuperAdmin can I disable Google Pay being used by users?
Currently, you can’t disable Google Pay for users, but we are working on card rule that will allow the SuperAdmin to switch this feature on and off. Stay tuned on when this becomes available.
Which Soldo customers can use Google Pay?
Google Pay is available for UK, Italian, Irish, French, German, Spanish, Dutch and Swedish customers.
Are all Soldo cards compatible with Google Pay?
You can add both virtual and physical user cards starting with these 6 digits 533792 and 535215 to Google Pay.
Unfortunately, Google Pay is not enabled for company cards, Fuel cards, Subscriptions and Online ads virtual cards and purchases single-use virtual cards - stay tuned for updates on this.
For customers based in the UK, you will be able to add EUR, GBP and USD denominated user cards to Google Pay. For customers based in Italy, you will only be able to add EUR denominated user cards to Google Pay.
How do I replace my company’s current user cards?
If your card isn't compatible with Google Pay, you can replace your card via the web console.
Once you have logged into the web console, head to the ‘cards’ section. There you will be able to see which cards need to be replaced.
When you have ordered a replacement card, this will be delivered by standard delivery, there is a courier service available.

You can use Google Pay anywhere in-store that accepts contactless payments or online on any website where you see the below images:

Which devices can I use Google Pay with?
Any Android smartphones and tablets running Android Lollipop 5.0 or above. To make contactless payments, your phone also needs to support NFC (Near Field Communication). To check for NFC, look for it in your phone’s Settings app.
