How do I add my card to Google Pay?
There are two ways you can add your card to Google Pay. You can do this manually within Google Pay or via the Soldo app.
Add your card via the Soldo app:
- Log in to your Soldo mobile app. Download the Soldo App here.
- From the navigation menu, tap on Cards.
- Tap the card you want to add to Google Pay.
- Tap on Add to G Pay underneath your card and follow the steps to complete the setup.

Currently, you can’t disable Google Pay for users.
Which Soldo customers can use Google Pay?
Google Pay is available for UK, Italian, Irish, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, and Swedish customers.
Are all Soldo cards compatible with Google Pay?
You can add both virtual and physical user cards starting with these 6 digits: 533792 and 535215 to Google Pay.
Google Pay is not enabled for Fuel cards, Subscriptions and Online ads virtual cards, and single-use virtual cards.
Note: Company cards can only be added to Google Pay if the card only has one assignee. If you add multiple assignees to the Company card, Google Pay services will no longer work.
For customers based in the UK, you will be able to add EUR, GBP, and USD denominated user cards to Google Pay. For customers based in Italy, you will only be able to add EUR denominated user cards to Google Pay.
How do I replace my company’s current user cards?
If your card isn't compatible with Google Pay, you can replace your card via the web app.
Once you have logged into the web app, head to the Cards section. There you will be able to see which cards need to be replaced.
When you have ordered a replacement card, this will be delivered by standard delivery. A courier service is also available.
Where can I use Google Pay?
You can use Google Pay anywhere in-store that accepts contactless payments or online on any website where you see the Google Pay option.
