The below FAQ is only applicable to businesses that signed up to Soldo from the 4 April 2022.
When will I be initially billed for my first monthly payment?
You will initially be billed when funds are first deposited into your Soldo Main Wallet. This first month will also be prorated depending on when the first deposit happens.
How long do the bundles last? Are they for the duration of the plan?
Yes, for most of the bundles they will be for the lifetime of the plan, however for the purchases bundles these reset every month.
Is there a limit of users per plan?
Within each of the plans, there are a set number of users (with limits on roles) included in these plans already.
If you need to add an additional user to your Soldo account, outside of those included within the selected plan, there will be an additional cost, which can be found here. Within the additional costs you will see for each plan, except for Premium and Enterprise, there is a cap on the number of users that can be added to the platform. For Start and Pro 5, you can add an additional 15 users totalling 20. For Pro 10 you can add an additional 20 users totalling 30.
How do I add an additional user or card outside of what is included in my plan?
You can do this by setting up the user or the new card within the web console. If the user or the new card is active for more than 2 calendar days, they will pay the additional cost.
If I want to add an additional user or card outside of what is available within my plan when would I pay for this?
You will be charged for the month if the add-on has existed for more than 2 calendar days.
For example: If you add a new user as an employee and 20 days into the month decide to upgrade their role to an admin, you will pay for the role of that user that has existed for longer, so in this example you will pay for an employee role for the month. When the new month starts, you will be charged the admin cost.
