I've forgotten my card's PIN code, what do I do?

If you've forgotten your PIN for your plastic card and can't access the web or mobile app to view it, you can ask your Soldo administrator to send you a PIN reminder via SMS. For instructions on how to view your PIN instead, see How can I view my card's PIN?.

Send a PIN reminder via the web app

Who: Super admin, Admin, Limited admin, Leader.
  1. Log in to the web app.
  2. Select Cards.
  3. Select the card you want to send a PIN reminder for.
  4. Select Card info.
  5. Select Send PIN via SMS.
Important: You must complete Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) to send a PIN reminder. Once completed, the reminder will be sent to the user's registered mobile number.

Who: Super admin, Admin, Limited admin, Leader.
  1. Log in to the mobile app.
  2. From the bottom navigation menu, select Cards.
  3. Select the card you want to send a PIN reminder for.
  4. Select Card info.
  5. Select Send PIN to user via SMS.
Important: You must complete Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) to send a PIN reminder. Once completed, the reminder will be sent to the user's registered mobile number.
