With Soldo, you can set up declined transaction notifications for any of your wallets. When the alerts are activated, an email will be sent to the selected users whenever a transaction is declined.
How to set declined transaction notifications for a User wallet
The steps in this guide provide general instructions for setting declined transaction alerts for a User wallet. However the steps can be applied to any of your wallets. For more information on accessing the alerts section for each wallet type, see the section at the bottom of this guide.
This guide will provide the steps required to set declined transaction alerts for a user wallet.
1. From the left-side menu select Users.
2. Select the user whose wallet you want to set up alerts for.
3. Select the Alerts tab.
4. Select the Checkbox for Declined transaction alert.
5. Select the Add users.
7. Choose all of the users that you would like to receive the low balance alert email notification and then select Confirm.
8. Select Save to finalise your changes.
Set alerts for other wallet types
Set alerts for a Main wallet
1. From the left-side menu, select Wallets.
2. Select Main wallets.
3. Select the wallet that you want to set up alert notifications for.
4. Select the Alerts tab.

1. From the left-side menu, select Wallets.
2. Select Company wallets.
3. Select the wallet that you want to set up alert notifications for.

1. From the left-side menu, select Cards.
2. Select the Company card that you want to set up alert notifications for.

With Soldo, you can set up declined transaction alerts for any wallet. When a transaction is declined, Soldo automatically sends an email to the selected users so they can take action quickly.
How to set declined transaction alerts for a user wallet
- From the navigation menu, select Users.
- Choose the user whose wallet you want to set up alerts for.
- Go to the Alerts tab.
- Tick the Declined transaction alert checkbox.
- Select the "Send email to" field.
- Choose the users you want to receive the alert and select Confirm.
- Select Save to finalise your changes.
You can also set up declined transaction alerts for other wallet types, such as Main wallets, Company wallets and Reserved wallets by following the same steps.
For Main wallets:
- From the navigation menu, select Wallets, then select Main wallets.
- Choose the wallet you want to set up alerts for.
- Go to the Alerts tab.
For Company wallets:
- From the navigation menu, select Wallets, then select Company wallets.
- Choose the wallet you want to set up alerts for.
- Go to the Alerts tab.
For Reserved wallets:
- From the navigation menu, select Cards.
- Choose the card that is connected to a reserved wallet.
- Go to the Alerts tab.
