Why has my card been blocked?

It’s possible that a declined transaction may trigger a block on your card. If we detect suspicious activity then we can decline the transaction and apply a temporary block on your card to prevent further transactions. If this happens, you’ll receive notification on your registered mobile device and will be required to review the transaction(s). The card block will remain in place until we hear from you.
