I don't recognise the transaction that caused my card to be blocked, what should I do?

If your card has been blocked and you don’t recognise the transaction(s), you should report the card as compromised. You can do this from the mobile app or web app.

To do this from the mobile app:

  • Log in to the mobile app
  • Go to Cards
  • Select the blocked card

  • Select Security

  • Choose Report card as compromised from the options

Tip: You can also report the card as compromised by choosing the Report option from the card detail screen.
