How to activate your sandbox account
When you're ready to get started with your sandbox account, it’s really easy to set up from your Soldo web app. Here’s how:
- Log in to the web app as a Super admin.
- From the left-side menu, select Integrations > Sandbox.
- Select Create sandbox account now.
Note: It may take a few minutes to prepare your sandbox account. The page will automatically refresh when complete.
- Your sandbox account has now been created. We’ll send you an email with your sandbox company ID and an SMS with your temporary password to log in. You'll need to change this password when you first log in.
Tip: When you activate your sandbox account, we'll automatically credit the account with 100,000 GBP/EUR/USD (depending on the main currency of your production account). You can use these virtual funds to explore and experiment with your account without having to use real money.
Delete a sandbox account
If you no longer need your sandbox account or want to reset it, you can delete the account and follow these instructions to create a new one.
Here’s how you can delete your sandbox account from the web app:
- Log in to the web app as a Super admin.
- From the left-side menu, select Integrations > Sandbox.
- Select Delete sandbox.
- Confirm by selecting Yes, delete.
Note: Deleting your sandbox will remove all data and any users that you've added. If you want to activate the sandbox account again at a later date, your previous data will not be restored.
