Logging in to your sandbox account

Note: To log in to your sandbox account you must activate it. If you’ve not yet activated your sandbox account, click here to find out how.

You can access the link to your sandbox account by logging in to your production Soldo account. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to the web app as a Super admin.
  2. From the left-side menu, select Integrations > Sandbox.

  3. Select Go to sandbox.

  4. From the sandbox login screen, enter your credentials then select Log in.
Note: Your sandbox credentials are different from your production account credentials. These were emailed to you when you activated the sandbox account. If it's your first time logging in, you'll also need the temporary password sent by SMS. We'll ask you to create a new password when you log in for the first time.

Tip: You can recognise your Soldo sandbox account by the banner on the login screen. A banner is also displayed throughout your sandbox environment, making it clear which account you're working in.
