You may need your PIN when using a plastic Soldo card for Chip & PIN purchases or cash withdrawals. If you’ve never used your card before, the first transaction will often require you to enter your PIN before contactless is enabled.
You can view your card PIN securely in both the web and mobile apps. For security, you’ll need to complete an authentication step each time you access your PIN. We’ll also send you an email notification when you view it.
View your PIN in the mobile app
Who: All cardholders.
- Log in to the mobile app.
- Tap Cards from the bottom navigation.
- Select your card.
- Tap Card info.
- Tap View PIN.
Security note: You’ll be asked to enter your Soldo app passcode to view your PIN. Your PIN will only be visible for a short time.
View your PIN in the web app
Who: All cardholders.
- Log in to the Soldo web app.
- From the navigation menu, select Cards.
- Select your card.
- Select Card details.
- Select View PIN.

If you can’t access the app
If you don’t have access to the web or mobile app, your Soldo administrator can send you a PIN reminder by SMS. You'll need to reach out to your company's Soldo administrator and let them know that you need a PIN reminder. Your administrator can then follow this guide to send the reminder.
